Description

A series of Invitation Races for Le Mans type Group 4 prototypes and GT cars from the mid-1960s to 1974.

2008 will be World Sportscar Masters' fourth season with the Masters Series and promises more exhilarating racing from the Group 4 period of endurance racing.

Covering a wide range of evocative and powerful sports cars such as Porsche 917 and 911 RSRs, Lola T70 III, Alfa 33/3, Chevrons B8 and B16, Abarths, and de Tomassa Pantera.

All cars run on Dunlop period treaded tyres to their period specification for a one or two driver team race over a mini-enduro format with compulsory pit stop and driver changes.

The 2008 Season offers races at Mugello, Donington, Brands Hatch, Anderstorp, Silverstone, Nurburgring, Magny Cours, Angouleme, Spa and a season finale to be confirmed!
