DescriptionA new series of invitation races for pre-winged F1 Cars built between 1966 and 1970.
GP60s is aiming to see a return to the track of rarely-seen cars like the Lotus 49, Cooper Maseratis, BRM 138, Repco Brabhams, Eagles and the early 3-litre Ferraris, as well as those 'Tasman' and pre-wing F2 cars which raced against them in the Grands Prix of the day.
Offering the pre-wing F1 & F2 cars a chance to race on their own terms against similarly designed cars, accompanied by some invited early winged F1 cars driven by those looking for a more leisurely pace, GP60s hopes to show the speed and elegance of this all too-often overlooked are aof F1's history at selected Masters events in 2008.
The 2008 Season offers races at Brands Hatch, Magny Cours and a season finale to be confirmed, with the option of joining the Grand Prix Masters for further track excursions!
For the more information or the 2008 Regulations, Calendar, Registration and Entry forms, please contact the Masters office below.
